Monthly Statements

Zard members receive monthly statements for all Zard accounts. These statements provide beginning and ending balances and transaction details allowing you to keep track of your account standings. Transactions and balances on monthly statements should match your records. If there are any differences, re-check your calculations and ask a parent for help. If you are still out of balance, call or visit your local branch for further assistance.

• Help the environment by opting out of mailed paper statements through Member Access

VISA Credit Card Statements

• Mailed within two days of the 18th of the month (statement date)
• Not available for paper statement opt-out
• Annual credit card summaries available upon request
